Making a sign with Signet all starts with placing your order. Our courteous and efficient Sales Department can assist you with selecting the appropriate material, size, and visual content for your sign. Provide us your contact information, and you’re on your way!
Our Art Department can create a design for you or if you have an existing logo please refer to the Sign Art Specification pdf to learn how to send us your logo. Usually within three to five days, you’ll receive your choice of a fax or e-mail message from our talented Art Department, containing the first draft of your sign’s layout. Consider this design proof carefully. Do the colors look right? Are there any misspellings? Is the style of text attractive and readable? Do the graphics command attention? Is this the sign you want?
Once you’ve made up your mind, send the Art Department a reply via fax, e-mail, or phone, and tell them what you think. Please reference your order name and number if possible. If the design is perfect as it is, tell them to move forward with production. If it needs tweaking, or even a complete overhaul, give them your honest feedback and they’ll send you a revised proof A.S.A.P. with your requested changes made. This is your sign, and we want you to be happy with how it looks.
Once a final design has been approved, sign construction begins. The materials are gathered, the graphics and text are printed or routed, and what was once just an idea begins to take shape. Our seasoned team of sign applicators measures carefully and meticulously, and skilled hands apply each element of your sign. Efficient doesn’t have to mean rushed, and the Sign Department takes considerable pride in quality control and customer satisfaction. Once your sign is ready, you’ll receive a phone call at your provided contact number, and you can retrieve your creation at our Winchester office. Shipping or delivery can be arranged upon request for added convenience.
