Print out the department-specific order request form to aid you. Fill out as much as you can, then fax the form to 540-722-3167 or use it as reference when calling.

In Person: If you’re the social type who likes to do business face-to-face, stop by our office at 484 Fort Collier Road in beautiful Winchester, Virginia. We’re open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and we always welcome walk-in customers.
If you’re one of our returning satisfied customers, it’s as easy as introducing yourself and giving us the specifics of your new order. If this is your first order, however, we’ll need to set you up with a customer account. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Business name / name you would like the account to be placed under
- Street address and/or Billing Address
- Shipping address (if different than street or billing address)
- Business phone number with extension number (if applicable)
- Other Phone contact numbers (Cell phone very helpful for pick up notifications)
- Fax number (if applicable)
- Contact person for your account
- Credit card number / payment method for deposit
Once you’re in our customer database, you can place new orders at a moment’s notice. You don’t have to worry about your privacy, either, as Signet will not share your information with any third party.
Please note shirt order minimums:
spot colors, 1-3 = a minimum of 12 shirts
four color process and 4 or more colors = a minimum of 36 shirts
